Franchisee Training
When you choose to become a Jim’s Fencing franchisee you will receive comprehensive training that is designed to instil in you the Jim’s values of integrity, quality and first-rate customer service. At first you will receive a business induction week at the Jim’s Group head office, with flights, airport transfers, accommodation and meals included. You will learn about administration, job allocation, customer service, complaint handling and general office procedures.
This highly successful training program has been rated 8/10 in conducted surveys. Ongoing training will also be offered, as you work in your business, so that you can learn about new advances in technology and new products that appear on the market. We also run an annual conference which includes team building activities, product demonstrations, and practical training to help you improve your business.
