At Jim’s Fencing, you are also able to on sell your business down the track, often for a sizable increase in value, which is another way of recouping this investment. Most franchisees finance their way into their new business. If you require help with financing please contact us for details of brokers who are familiar with the Jim’s system and who work directly with banks who have ‘pre-approved’ our business model for finance. We are very proud of the comprehensiveness of our franchise package, and we know we have what you need to get your own business started.
Training
When you choose to become a Jim’s Fencing franchisee you will receive comprehensive training that is designed to instil in you the Jim’s values of integrity, quality and first-rate customer service. At first you will receive a business induction week at the Jim’s Group head office, with flights, airport transfers, accommodation and meals included. You will learn about administration, job allocation, customer service, complaint handling and general office procedures.
This highly successful training program has been rated 8/10 in conducted surveys. Ongoing training will also be offered, as you work in your business, so that you can learn about new advances in technology and new products that appear on the market. We also run an annual conference which includes team building activities, product demonstrations, and practical training to help you improve your business.
